Decals and stickers are one of the most commonly made items using our vinyl system here. There are several kinds we can do, including not only low and high tack stickers, but also static cling (which have no adhesive) and even special one-way window covering. These can be done with anything from a simple design to a full color creation printed on them.
We have done small give-away stickers, large handout stickers, bumper stickers, window decals, large appliqués, and more using these techniques. If you have some idea of a kind of sticker or decal you want to do, we can most likely make it happen. |

When it's possible to do process color printing on vinyl it's hard to say there are any color limitations. What I can say is that they not only offer process colors, but a huge variety of spot colors that we can order if we don't already have then in stock, including some specialty colors (like transparent and metallic shades). That way you can get much richer and cleaner colors on those specific ones you want to really stand out.
In addition to the normal Spot Colors and Process Color methods, many of which are available in both solid and transparent variations, they also offer some specialty colors that are used for unique jobs. These include the special Medal series, as well as some limited fluorescent colors, which can not be mixed using the standard Process Colors. |

As mentioned previously, there are a number of types of vinyl just in the area of creating stickers and adhesive products alone. There are also a number of others used for very specific effects or applications. The following are some of these, but are not all that we can do (feel free to check with us if you have an idea not mentioned here).
Fabric Vinyl: Used on clothing and cloth signs, flags or other items. |

This depends on how you treat it and what kind it is, but applied vinyl holds up very well against the elements and repeated washing. It is best that you dry it on medium or low settings, as high heat can cause problems, but other than that you don't have to worry about it fading or peeling for a long time. When used on signs and items made specifically for outdoor use they have to deal with weather and sunlight, which can affect the lifespan a bit, but they still usually last for years (for most of the colors used).
Most of the Process Color creations are listed as lasting at least 3 years under normal outdoor conditions. |
